The lateral flow test is used for quantitation measurement of kappa (K) and lambda (λ) immunoglobulin free light chains (FLC) in serum.
LATERAL FLOW READER – TEST RUNNING
The large capacitive touch LCD ensures the reading process is communicated clearly to the user, displaying the test stages and final results.
LATERAL FLOW READER – DRAWER DESIGN
A drawer insert moulding was developed to allow cartridges of different widths with multiple assay channels to be compatible with the reader.
LATERAL FLOW – 3D CAD EXPLODED ASSEMBLY
The reader was developed fully in 3D CAD - from concept to production. We worked closely with the toolmakers to ensure the mouldings met specification.
LATERAL FLOW READER – ASSAY DATUM
The drawer insert is sprung loaded within the drawer moulding. This ensures the position of the cartridge and the optics is consistently accurate.
