Rexel Binder

The aim was to develop a low-cost hole punch/binding machine for use at home or home office environment. Office binding machines are large, expensive machines, too expensive for the domestic market. The product was designed around a simple sheet metal punch chassis assembly. The product is capable of punching 5 sheets of paper at once and it enables plastic comb binders to be fitted. The product was engineered and fully defined for manufacture. (Developed whilst employed at Pearson Matthews).
